Isn't it every parent's dream that his/her child can excel at playing the piano? I have a love and hate
relationship with piano. I love piano music and admire people who can play like Arthhur Rubinstein. However, I hated it
when my parents forced me to take piano lessons when I was little. I wasted 10 years of my time learning something
that I didn't enjoy and was not very good at. I promised myself that I would never do that to my children. However, piano does make a
good fixture in paintings.
